The purpose of the Training task force is to:  
  • ​Aid PCIT International in the effective dissemination of PCIT with good treatment integrity

Successes:
  • Construction of training guidelines for therapists and trainers
  • ​Aided in certifying therapists and Level I Trainers
  • Consulted with agencies about PCIT dissemination with good treatment integrity
Future Priorities:
  • Complete revisions to Level II and Global Trainer Guidelines
  • Creating new resources for certified therapists to make certification more attractive
  • ​Facilitating access to parent to effective training aids
