Initial PCIT Therapist Training (Part 1) VIRTUAL

This training is for those new to PCIT and will prepare therapists to be eligible for certification as a PCIT International Certified PCIT Therapist.

PCIT International Certification Preparation Course—VIRTUAL
Certification Preparation Course
Format: Virtual
Dates: October 1-2, 2026 (Participants must attend both days)
This training is designed to support therapists who have already completed the basic 40-hour training to elevate Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) skills. Ideal for those pursuing PCIT International Certification or practicing therapists who want to update their skills, this workshop enhances CDI and PDI coaching and sharpens your DPICS coding through targeted review and practice.

VIRTUAL Within-Agency Trainer Training

PCIT Within-Agency Trainer Workshop
with Robin Gurwitch, PhD and Erica Messer, PsyD
Participants will learn skills needed to become a Within-Agency PCIT Trainer. Within-Agency Trainers (WATers) are individuals who have received such PCIT training as to be qualified to teach and supervise therapists at their own program or agency, with a scope of traineeship that is limited to their physical location or site.
Cost: $1700, which includes 8+ hours of didactics plus the year of monthly case consultation and required session reviews.
